Yoga Classes at Hoylake Community Centre CH47 3AG

Justine's personal teaching style is based on the principals of the British Wheel of Yoga, the governing body for yoga in England of which she is a qualified teacher and member. She is also influenced by the Iyengar approach due to her personal practice with that school and the flowing sequences of Vinyasa Krama. Her aim is to strike a balance between informed alignment for safety and joint longevity combined with dynamic breath-synchronised sequences for mindfullness and fitness.  Justine accepts sensible children aged 12 and over into her adult classes so parents are welcome to practice with their kids.
