What a fab website Justine. Just read your teacher information and it was very entertaining. I am in my final year of the BWY Diploma and can certainly relate to much of what you say ... I too keep 'falling off the wagon' and yoga also helps to shut up my 'inner bitch' too!! Your website is a real inspiration, thank you for sharing so much amusing and informative information.

It's been a real inspiration for me when I have been really stuck on things with the BWY Diploma course. thank you for being so generous. I have just managed to get into your freebies bit and your art work is go lovely. You must be a real inspiration to kids as well - I don't know you obviously but feel your warmth and personality shinging through. Thank you! :o)

Justine, thank you so much for offering all your wonderful knowledge of yoga in your free stick figures. I have downloaded it and am using it to put together a sequence that I can "see" for my final yoga teacher training assignment. Thank you! Heart, Sara

Re: Burton Manor Retreat Day 23rd May

The course is excellent. I learnt a lot especially relaxation techniques, labyrinths and the different kinds of yoga. Justine was very approachable and friendly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout the day. Justine is very knowledgeable and applies her knowledge. Thank you! Hope to see you again soon. Feeling very relaxed, energised and ready to face the week, namaste Louise x

Namaste
I am yoga coordinator and instructor at Anahata yoga. Our company regularly issues free yoga magazine (in and around Asia).
The information available on your web is very interesting and I am interested to use these articles in our company magazine and mention the writers name and web address.
So can you send me a permission to do so… and help in encouraging and spread yoga knowledge.
I shall look forward for your reply
